Ashcroft Inc. manufactures differential pressure switches that feature watertight epoxy-aluminum, explosion proof, and watertight 316 stainless steel enclosures. Differential pressure switches are available as single or dual set point with fixed or adjustable deadband.

Schneider Electric manufactures adjustable differential and fixed differential pressure switches that feature a pressure range of 0.435 psi to 290 psi, with differential of .29 to 14.5 psi. The switches also feature a temperature range of -13F to 158F, media connection of 1/4" NPT, conduit connection of 1/2" NPT, and repeat accuracy of less than 2 percent.

DesignFlex Switches manufactures low current and high current differential pressure switches. The low current switches feature operating temperatures of 40F to 150F, proof pressure of 8 psi or 15 psi, and a current rating of 40 mA. The high current switches feature proof pressure 1 psi, burst pressure of 3.5 psi, operating temperature of -13F to 185F, and current/voltage rating of 5A 125/250VAC.

Wasco Inc. manufactures two series of low to medium miniature differential pressure switches that feature ranges from 1 to 500 psid. These differential pressure switches also feature a temperature range of 40F to 125F, stainless steel or brass construction, and a capsule type sensor.

Omega Engineering manufactures and distributes differential pressure switches that feature operating temperature of -30 to 65C, and set point accuracy of plus or minus 10 percent.

Barksdale Inc. manufactures seven series of differential pressure switches for applications that require instrument accuracy of plus or minus 0.5 percent and where pulsations are less than 25 cycles per minute. The pressure switches are available as single or dual setting units, with differential ranges from .03 to 150 psid and working ranges from .03 to 9,000 psi.

Grainger distributes differential pressure switches manufactured by Dwyer Instruments and Square D. The Dwyer-brand switches feature differential of 2 to 16 WC, 0.08 to 0.8 WC, 0.2 to 2 WC, 0.12 to 1.6 WC, 2 to 10 WC, and 0.8 to 4 WC. The Square D-brand switches feature a pressure range of 0 to 175 psi.

Honeywell Sensing & Control designs and manufactures adjustable differential pressure switches that operate with a variety of materials including air, motor/transmission oils, jet fuels, and other hydrocarbons. The switches are factory set from 0.5 psi to 3000 psi, and feature operating pressure of 150 psi or 250 psi, and proof pressure of 500 psi.

MAMCO Precision Switches manufactures differential pressure switches, differential diaphragm pressure switches, and PCB mount differential pressure switches. Depending on type, the switches feature an operating temperature range of -40 to 120 C or -40 to 85C; operating pressure of .75" to 550", 0.15" to 34", or up to 5000 psi; burst pressure of 25 psi or 5 psi; and maximum pressure of 1003" or 401".
