BWI Eagle manufactures speed switches and monitors of all types. The Eagle Tac Switch monitors speed and detects motion in all types of machinery. The Eagle Optima is a series of intrinsically safe critical speed switches.

Hubbell Industrial Controls manufactures six different models of speed switches that detect motion or sense overspeed or underspeed occurrences of industrial machinery or motors. Zero, slow and high speed switches come in either direct coupled or non-contact types. Many speed switches are available with NEMA 3, 4, 7, 9, 10 or 13 construction.

Mod-Tronic is a Canadian based distributor of slow and high speed switches from Dynalco Controls. The SW-100 speed switch has a single setpoint for overspeed and underspeed protection, and is DIN rail mountable. The SWT-1000 and SWTD-1000 have a single relay setpoint for over speed protection and 4-20mA isolated output. The SWT-2000 two channel speed switch/transmitter acts as two speed switches in one as it can protect two separate machines at once. Four other models are available as well.

Torq manufactures electronic, zero and mechanical speed switches. All of Torq's speed switches are used to monitor belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, rotary feeder shafts, rotating drums and other types of rotating machinery.

Maxigard (Process Control Systems) is a manufacturer of speed switches. Their adjustable models come in single set point and dual set point configurations, and are typically used to detect slowing of the fan shafts caused by drive belt slipping. Maxigard's slow speed switch is designed to monitor slow moving conveyor belts used in dryers or ovens.

Control Concepts supplies a variety of speed switches, including electro mechanical, zero speed, explosion proof and proximity types. Their electro mechanical modle is a direct couple speed indicating switch that opens and closes as a function of the rotational speed of the switch shaft.

Mid-State Instruments is a distributor of Electro-Sensors speed switches for speed monitoring, vibration sensing and motor control speeds. The SS-110 is a slow speed switch with one adjustable set point. The SCP1000 is a presettable machine speed switch that provides one individually adjustable relay set point. The FB420 is a stand alone shaft speed switch.

The RMP6 is housed in a IP-30 DIN rail plastic enclosure for indoor and outdoor use.The Series RMP21-FP is enclosed in a flameproof housing as per IS-2148.
