MAX14575 Adjustable Current Limit Switch

Designed to prevent damage to host devices due to faulty load conditions, Maxim's adjustable current-limit switches operate from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V input voltage range. Ideal for charging a large load capacitor or for high-current load switching applications, the limit switches have thermal-shutdown protection and reverse current blocking as additional safety features.
